Who We Are

At Korrect Fit, we believe that true fitness is more than just working out. It’s about building a strong and balanced life. It’s about being a part of a community dedicated to becoming the best version of yourself. It’s about self-reflection, self-discipline, and self-awareness of what makes you, you. Don’t allow yourself to become complacent in life, feeling stuck and giving up on the idea that you can become the person you’ve always wanted to be.

Let us take away the difficulties of wandering around without a plan and the hesitation of trying new things. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to safely and effectively incorporate fitness into the rest of your life. To feeling confident when you look at yourself in the mirror. To overcome challenges due to injury or illness. To have the future ability to play with your children and grandchildren. To sit down, stand up, and walk without assistance in your later years. To live the life that you want and dream of.

Through our strategic partnership with FIX Medical Group, we also provide integrative wellness solutions, including recovery services, injury prevention, and performance optimization to keep you feeling and performing at your best.

We’re here for what matters. We’re here for you.

Meet your trainer

Meet Kori Belliston, a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. With a strong background in medicine and athletics, Kori brings a unique blend of expertise, discipline, and real-world experience to her coaching.

Originally from Southern Utah, Kori’s fitness journey began at the age of 6 when she started playing competitive soccer. At 14, she transitioned into Mixed Martial Arts and karate, quickly becoming a coach by 16, working with both children and adults. Training alongside elite fighters and coaches, she developed a deep understanding of strength, conditioning, and love for training. In high school, she also played rugby, having the opportunity of competing in state and national tournaments, adding to her diverse athletic background. After graduating, Kori studied Psychology and Criminal Justice at Dixie State University, now called Utah Tech University, before moving back home to Central Indiana.

Kori moved to Arizona seven years ago and continued her passion for health and fitness while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science at Arizona State University, graduating in 2023. Beyond fitness, she has been serving her community as an Emergency Paramedic since 2019 with a local fire department, giving her firsthand knowledge of injury prevention, chronic disease, and overall health optimization.

When she’s not coaching or on duty, Kori loves to travel, camp, explore the outdoors, and spend time with friends and family. Her well-rounded experience in athletics, emergency medicine, and overall health makes her a powerful ally in your fitness journey, no matter what your goal is.
